- Supported small grass roots synagogue in creating a safe space for all who wished to attend while ensuring that it was financially stable and meeting its goals
- Supported in various programs and volunteered to setup Kiddush on a weekly basis

- Helped with programming ideas, planning and setting up events, scheduling events in accordance with the calendars of graduate programs in the area, and recruitment of other graduate students.
Association for Latin American Students

El Mercado Committee - Member (Sept. – Oct. 2010)
- Assisted in planning El Mercado, an open-air food market whose proceeds go to charity. Selected food and solicited donations; set up and ran the event.
- Took notes during Executive Board meetings, kept attendance record at events and meetings, and sent out weekly email updates.
- Carnaval is the Association of Latin American Students' student-run annual cultural performance featuring both dances and a theatrical skit. About 150 students participate every year.
- Planned and directed the entire show from start to finish: created a budget, recruited student participants, planned and oversaw rehearsals and the show, advertised for the show, worked with university staff and faculty, and headed the Skit Writing Committee.
The Night Off
Member (Sept. 2010 – present)
- Respite for parents of children with Autism; student volunteers are assigned to babysit at an affected family’s home twice a semester so that the parents may enjoy an evening out.
- Planning and staffing events associated with Autism Awareness Week.
